What is GeN+1?
GeN+1 was established to provide a community for the younger generation, and those young at heart, within the Data Centre sector.
Our aim is to provide an environment where individuals can build their network and grow their capability amongst like minded people. At GeN+1, everything we do revolves around social interaction, bringing people together, sharing knowledge, developing interaction skills all whilst having fun through the process. We are driven by ambition, striving to empower the next generation by instilling confidence to support one another and excel in their careers. We serve as a catalyst for change, constantly seeking out new challenges together, as we believe that the best ideas come from collaboration.

Whether you're a seasoned runner or just lacing up your trainers, the GeN+1 Run Club is your space to move, connect, and unwind. We host monthly social runs across London, Frankfurt, Milan, Madrid, Dublin & Cannes – no pressure, no racing – just good vibes, good people, and a few endorphins along the way! It's a chance to catch up with peers, get some fresh air, and strengthen the GeN+1 community, one step at a time.
